Processing time - In an effort to reduce environmental waste, all  items are made to order. Our careful and detailed production processes usually take 5 to 7 business days. Other items may take up to 3 weeks for shipment. Please take note of production time when ordering. In a time crunch? Contact us so we can try to accomodate you! 

Shipping - Our preferred courier is USPS. Large quantity and time-sensitive orders may be shipped via other delivery companies. In this case, you will still be provided tracking information. Delivery method and cost are based on the weight of your purchase. Shipping prices are calculated at checkout. 

Order changes and cancellations - After an order has been placed, we are unable to modify your purchase. However, in some circumstances in which processing has not already begun, order changes can be made. Please contact us asap if you need to change any part of your purchase. 

Exchanges and returns -  All orders are final sale. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges on items. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us asap so we can resolve any problems accordingly.
