When will my order ship?
Most orders ship in 7 days or less with the exception of some pajamas and large quantity orders which may take 2-3 weeks for shipment. Need your items by a certain date? Contact us!
How does my order ship?
Several shipping options are available at checkout. Cost & delivery methods are determined by order weight and quantity. All customers are sent a tracking number to the email address entered at checkout once their order is dispatched.
Please note, shipping delays can be expected and are out of our control. If your order is time sensitive we highly recommend purchasing an expedited shipping method.
What is your return & exchange policy?
All items are made to order and therefore are final sale. We will not accept order cancellations, exchanges, returns or refunds. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue with your purchase.
Can I place a group order?
