Ordering and delivery

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner's Club, Elo, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Play, and PayPal. 

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit here and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

An order confirmation email is automatically sent to your provided email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at hello@spikesandseamsgreek.com in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

In the rare case that your order is canceled, an item you purchased is out of stock. You will receive email if your order has been canceled and we will contact you about alternative product options. Refunds are processed as quickly as possible and returned to the original form of payment.

How do I cancel my order?

We do not allow for order cancellations. Once an order has been placed we are unable to cancel or modify your purchase. 

Can I modify my order?

We are unable to modify your order once it has been placed.

When will my order arrive?

Please allow 5-7 business days for production of most items. Specific product collections, such as loungewear and outerwear, may require processing time up to 3 weeks. Customers are able to select their desired shipping option at checkout. Most expedited shipping methods will arrive in 1-3 business days. Standard mail may take 1-2 weeks for delivery. International deliveries may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Any customs or duties fees that occur are the sole responsibility of the buyer and we will not cover or reimburse these charges in the event that they occure. If your order is time sensitive we highly recommend purchasing an expedited shipping selection at checkout as current postal delays can be anticipated. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will not refund or replace an order in the event it is lost or stolen. Please contact us if there is a problem with your delivery.

We ship to most regions worldwide.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item(s) you’ve purchased, the selected shipping method, and the country where it’s being delivered. You will be able to view your shipping cost prior to completing your purchase. 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide an update when your order is despatched and delivered. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference number which can be used to track the location of your parcel. 

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because all items are made to order and we pay dues to your organization on each transaction, we do not allow for returns or exchanges. We appreciate your understanding as a small business. If there is a problem with your purchase please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
